About

Carol is a Korean American director of photography based in Los Angeles. She studied Film and TV at NYU Tisch before moving back to California to work on set. She graduated from USC with a degree in Economics to put her conservative cat Vyktor’s mind at ease.

She came up crewing in the camera department and joined the union in 2021. She now works as a DP and CamOp on commercials, music video, documentaries, and narratives. She often draws inspiration from fine arts and enjoys studying lighting through film photography.
